What Is A Lash Perm?

Eyelash perming is a treatment that involves wrapping the lashes around a cylinder shaft. Additional solutions and activators are also used to create these pretty curls. The process takes about an hour from start to finish. Best for longer lashes and last about 4 to 12 weeks.
